Turn on low beams on the race track. Passing the exam at the race track without mistakes

A man without a car is like a bicycle without pedals. This is how a famous satirist put it in one humorous program. It’s hard to disagree with him, because according to statistics, for every thousand residents of our country there are an average of 260 cars.

The first exam on driving theory in the traffic police is successfully passed by 2/3 of the cadets, while less than half pass the practical test.

Moreover, this figure is constantly growing and every year more and more new drivers who have just bought a car sparkling with varnish take to the roads. However, if with cars everything is easy and simple - I saw it - I liked it - I bought it, then with a driving license the situation is much more complicated.

How and where can I legally obtain a license?

Since August 2014, a driver's license can be obtained exclusively through a driving school. That is, only after completing the full course of training, the cadet receives access to the holy of holies - the traffic police and can boast of the knowledge acquired. Well, or not to brag, it depends on how you studied.

Video about how to pass the traffic police exam on the first try.

During the training period, driving schools undertake to impart knowledge of theory and traffic rules, and at least 130 hours are allocated for this. And train future drivers in practical driving. A full 56 hours are allotted for this.

According to statistics, 2/3 of cadets successfully pass the first driving theory exam in GAI. This is not a bad and quite understandable result, because the lion’s share of time was spent on theory. However, already at the stage of passing the driving test, half (!) of future drivers are eliminated, who are forced to come again and again, still trying to pass the race track or prove that they know how to drive a car in a city. What is the reason for these failures?

The most common reasons for failing practical exams in the traffic police

There are only three main reasons for failing exams, and each of them can be dealt with.

You can fail the traffic police exam due to inattention, uncertainty and poor knowledge of traffic rules.

Why do practical exams start at the race track?

Before releasing the future driver into the city, the traffic police inspector must make sure that the cadet has fully mastered the car and is able to drive it with the virtuosity of an ace. Only after the student proves in practice that he has an excellent sense of the dimensions of the car and is able not only to park properly, but also to enter the box in reverse, will he be allowed to take the exams in the city. This practice allows us to weed out those at the race track who do not have sufficient training and can create an emergency situation on the road due to uncertain driving.

What exercises are taken at the race track?

The required elements to demonstrate your skills are:

  • Slide. The cadet's task is to move away on an uphill slope, preventing the car from rolling back. Penalty points can be caused by violating the marking line, rolling back more than 30cm, stalled engine and failure to engage neutral after stopping. It is also necessary to apply the parking brake after stopping.
  • Snake. The task of the person taking the exam is to go around all the given obstacles without knocking down or hitting any of them. Penalty points are awarded for crossing the stop line with the front bumper, for failure of the “snake” elements, for a stalled engine and failure to apply the parking brake.
  • Parallel parking. In this case, you need to reverse into a confined space. This simulates reverse parking between two cars, where the role of a car is played by simple markings or parking markers. Penalty points in this exercise can be obtained for failure of marking elements, for not crossing the broken line (side marker projection), for stalled engine and failure to engage neutral when stopping.
  • Entering the box in reverse. While performing this element, the cadet simulates driving into a garage in reverse. The reason for the accrual of penalty points may be failure of marking elements, crossing the stop line, failure to apply the parking brake and neutral gear after stopping. Also, we should not forget that it is considered a violation if the dealer was unable to engage reverse gear the first time.

  • U-turn. This element allows you to work out a situation where you need to turn around in a limited space. Moreover, this exercise is performed with a one-time engagement of reverse gear. Penalty points can be awarded for the following violations: violation of marking lines, shifting into reverse gear, crossing the stop line, stalled engine, failure to engage neutral and parking brake.

These elements need to be memorized to the point of automatism by all those who are thinking about how to pass the race track in half a kick and not make mistakes.

How to pass driving on a motor racing track the first time and without mistakes

As mentioned above, nervousness and uncertainty can ruin the entire exam process, so first of all you need to calm down. In the end, it’s not a cow you lose when you get behind the wheel of a training car. Therefore, here are some practical tips that can help those who are thinking about how to rent out an overpass, garage, slide and snake at a race track.

  • Don't take anything unnecessary with you. It distracts from the main reason you came here. You should think only about the exam and not worry about some things (handbags, purses, umbrellas).
  • Try to be one of the first to get into the training car. Other people's failures and mistakes can affect your condition, and you will begin to be nervous and afraid of the exam more than necessary.
  • Don’t constantly think about how to pass the traffic police test the first time, but rather focus on carefully analyzing the mistakes of your predecessors and try not to repeat them.
  • Turn off your mobile phone - unexpected calls from sympathetic and empathetic friends can sound at any moment and distract you from completing any element. Surely it would be stupid to make a mistake just because someone decided to give you moral support?
  • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing for exams. High heels and incredibly tight jeans do little to promote nimble driving (advice especially for women).
  • Try to arrive at the site early before the exam and agree with the instructor about an additional lap around the race track. This way you can go through all the elements again and, with the calm soul of a confident person, wait for your turn to demonstrate your skills.

And finally... Don't worry so much! You will succeed!

How does the exam process work at the circuit?

When passing the circuit, the cadet will have to complete three mandatory exercises. Moreover, the traffic police officer does not necessarily have to be in the car with the examinee. Most often, he is in another car and observes the correct execution of movement elements from another car.

If a cadet has scored a critical number of penalty points and made multiple and gross mistakes, the inspector stops the exam using a sound signal and lists the violations.

The inaction of the traffic police officer indicates that everything is going well and no mistakes were made. In this case, the cadet performs all the given exercises sequentially and stops after completing the last one. At this point, passing the exam can be considered completed and questions about how to correctly pass the exam at the traffic police autodrome will no longer worry the exhausted student.

If a cadet has scored a critical number of penalty points and made mistakes, the inspector stops the exam

True, having exhaled with relief at the race track, the future driver immediately begins to think about how to properly pass the city. But this is a topic for a completely different article...

The “Snake” exercise on the race track is not a task of the highest level of difficulty, however, not everyone who is just trying to learn how to drive confidently can pass it the first time. Sometimes it happens that a person sitting behind the wheel of a training car is not able to sense the moment of making a serious mistake. In view of this, when going to the race track, the future car enthusiast will benefit from specially developed instructions that will allow him to perform the maneuver correctly and accurately.

Scheme for performing the “snake” exercise

So, the venue for such an exercise is a separate area of the autodrome, which looks like an ordinary rectangle, which is conventionally divided into 4 sections, each of which is 1.5 times longer than the car body. The width of this area does not exceed the length of the car. The point of the exercise is to carefully drive around all the installed cones, which must not be knocked down. In addition, the driver must not cross the solid lines painted on the sides.

Rules for performing the exercise

To make a “snake” correctly, you need to know the theoretical fundamentals that will help the driver. First of all, you need to bring the car closer to the “Start” line and slow down. You should cross the site according to a certain trajectory, carefully going around everything. When you approach the “Stop” finish line, slow down and stop the car.

Penalty points will be awarded for each incorrect movement, so it is better to perform the snake step by step. For example, for knocking down a marking element or crossing horizontal lines, the would-be driver receives 5 penalty points. If the car crossed the finish line only with the projection of the front clearance - 5 additional points. Three penalty points are awarded:

  • for a power unit that stalled during an exercise;
  • for forgetfulness (after stopping the car with the engine running, neutral was not turned on);
  • for the disabled parking brake, which must be set to the working position immediately after stopping the car before the finish line.

Step-by-step instructions for correctly performing a snake

How to drive a snake on a race track without earning a single additional penalty point - you need to remember just one valuable piece of advice that can significantly simplify the exercise. A driver who needs to move along a “snake” should under no circumstances use. The movement will be smooth and uniform if the clutch pedal is carefully released while approaching the “Start” line, and pressed again just before approaching the “Stop” finish line.

It is this approach that will tell the driver how to perform the exercise correctly, while the car will run stably, so driving along the snake will not cause unnecessary effort and wasted nerves. The main task of the car enthusiast will be only the correct control of the steering device. The only drawback that may prevent you from passing the snake is the inability to move on the clutch; this feature can only be determined by the technical characteristics of the car.

Step-by-step instructions for correctly performing the snake exercise:

  • The car should be smoothly brought to the initial “Start” line, from which the platform begins, and then pause. Experienced car owners and driving school instructors advise making such an approach only at a right angle, which helps to significantly simplify driving around the first marking obstacle;
  • then you need to carefully release the clutch pedal completely and start moving, but do not turn the steering wheel;
  • at the moment when the first chip is located approximately in the middle of the front door of the car on the driver’s side, it is advisable to turn the steering device all the way to the left, and this must be done as quickly as possible;
  • Having reached the right front corner of the car of the chip being driven around, the steering wheel must also be quickly turned all the way to the opposite (right) side;
  • step by step, when the left front corner of the car reaches the corner being driven around, the steering wheel should be turned all the way to the other (left) side;
  • in a similar way it is necessary to go around all existing obstacles. To drive to the finish line as carefully as possible, you need to turn the steering wheel to the left and press the clutch, and the car will be able to reach the “Stop” line thanks only to inertia.
  • At the end of the exercise, the car must be stopped at the finish line with the word “Stop”.

Moving backwards along the snake

To perform the snake exercise in reverse, you should know the correct principle of driving a car:

  • when approaching the first pole, you should approach the rear left wheel as close as possible, then quickly turn the steering wheel to the left and go around the obstacle;
  • looking, when you see the next pole, you need to align the steering device and drive up to the next pole with the right rear wheel;
  • the principle of such a movement must be observed until the end of the snake.

The driver must remember that it is necessary to turn the steering wheel and begin the maneuver no earlier than the moment when an obstacle appears in the field of view; more precisely, the obstacle to be avoided should appear in the mirror near one of the rear wheels of the car.

Conclusion

Despite the fact that almost everyone goes to the race track with an instructor more than once and practices simple maneuvers, there are a number of problems and errors that are often encountered when performing the snake exercise on the race track.

It is worth noting that the snake will not be counted for those drivers who knocked over obstacles while driving. To avoid such a problem, you should drive the car smoothly and evenly. It is precisely this effect that will help create a refusal to use the gas pedal and constant movement only on the clutch. Even involuntarily pressing the clutch during the exercise will slow down the car, which is why it is possible to hit a chip.

While studying at a driving school, everyone comes across the concept of a platform. In a good driving school, this is not just a playground, but an equipped racing track, where:

Primary driving skills are developed;

Special automotive exercises are practiced.

Exercises on the racing track - the basis of driving skills

It is these exercises - there are five of them in total - that will be discussed further. To begin with, let’s simply list what exercises are taken at the racetrack (site):

1. starting on an incline (“overpass”, “hill”);

2. parallel parking (“European parking”);

3. turning in a limited space (“courtyard”, “three-step turn”);

4. entering the garage in reverse (“entering the box”);

5. snake (“zigzag”).

The best driving schools in Donetsk carefully practice these elements with their students when driving on the autodrome. And not only because they will need to demonstrate the completion of these exercises when passing the exam at the traffic police. Just as you cannot play a musical instrument without knowing the chords, you cannot be a driver without the ability to maneuver.

Correct execution of these exercises is real proof that a person has mastered the basic techniques of maneuvering a car. Therefore, testing driving skills during the traffic police exam begins with checking the implementation of these elements.

“Autodrom” or “site” is how this stage is usually called. Usually in the traffic police it is really a relatively small site, which has only an overpass (slide) among complex structures. Everything else is marked using poles.

Now let’s look at the circuit diagrams of exercises on the race track and the rules for performing them.

Starting on an uphill climb

This exercise, as a rule, comes first when passing the driving test on the site. The essence of the element: the car drives onto the slope of the overpass, after stopping it and setting the handbrake, the driver must start moving forward, preventing the car from rolling back (no more than 30 cm is allowed).

Despite its apparent simplicity, the exercise requires a well-developed skill in working with pedals. Often, when starting off, the engine stalls for beginners, sometimes the engine “roars”, and the car rolls back, etc.

Particular attention must be paid to the correct implementation of this element. This is especially important for cities like Donetsk, where there are many ups and downs.

You need to be able to, when in a stream of cars stopped in front of a red traffic light, be able to quickly start moving on a green signal without creating a traffic jam with your stalled iron friend, or not become the culprit of an accident by rolling onto the car behind you.

The correct algorithm of actions after stopping on an overpass is as follows:

We engage first gear and put our hand on the handbrake;

At the moment the clutch is activated, we hold our left foot in this position, feeling that the car is being pulled forward;

Press the gas pedal while simultaneously pressing the handbrake ratchet button and lowering the brake lever all the way down;

With this procedure, the car will either not roll back at all, or it will be within the permissible centimeters.

Parallel parking

This parking method is often called “European parking.” In urban crowded conditions, it can be used to park a car when there is a free gap between the already parked cars equal to approximately 1.5 times the length of the car being parked. In this case, it’s difficult to park straight ahead, but in reverse it’s just right.

The technique is as follows. First you need to drive forward, stopping the car parallel to the car you are passing. Next, moving backwards, quickly turn the steering wheel to the right, without losing sight of the right side of your car. There should be a distance of about 0.5 m between the pole (or the rear bumper of a stationary car in real parking) and the rear of the car.

When the rear of the car enters at an angle of approximately 45 degrees, the steering wheel turns to the left and continues to move. At this moment, it is necessary to carefully monitor the passage of the right front fender and bumper near the rear bumper of a standing car.

If the front part has passed, then you need to return the steering wheel to the neutral position, placing the car along the sidewalk.

During the traffic police exam, you should not align the car between the front and end poles - the main thing here is not to knock down the poles and not to drive beyond the boundaries outlined by them. In real parking, the gaps between the front and rear cars need to be equalized by moving your car back and forth.

Turning around in confined spaces

An element that is usually called a “yard” in Donetsk. The essence of the element is that you need to turn the car 180 degrees in a limited space.

There are the following subtleties here. Having entered the courtyard, you need to hug the right side at a distance of about 0.5 meters from the poles. In the middle of the courtyard, turn the steering wheel all the way to the left and in this way we pass 2/3 of the width of the courtyard. Then we move, quickly turning the steering wheel to the right. You need to stop the car about half a meter from the line limited by the poles.

Having stopped the car before reaching the milestones, we begin to move forward, continuing to rotate the steering wheel to the left.

That is, the basis of this element is made up of three actions: turning left, moving backward and moving forward with the car stopping in the opposite position to the original one. Therefore, this element is sometimes referred to as a “three-step turn.”

Entering the garage in reverse

The essence of this exercise is to drive into a garage (boxing) in reverse. Moreover, this must be done from different angles. That is, the “start” line can be either to the left or to the right of the conventional garage alignment, indicated by poles. Before starting the element, the car must be set to the parking brake at the start, without leaving the line. Next we proceed according to this scheme:

We remove the car from the parking brake and begin to move forward towards the boundary line of the “corridor”;

When leaving the starting box, you need to roll out the car about halfway, and then only turn in the right direction, controlling the side of the car so as not to hit the pole in the direction of which you are moving.

Before reaching the boundary line of the corridor, we stop the car as shown in the diagram.

We begin to move backward, focusing on the nearest “garage” sign. Task: drive into the target so that there is approximately 30-40 cm from this pole to the side of the rear of the car, and the car itself is at an angle to the garage with the front wheels turned towards it.

We continue to carefully drive in a circular arc into the garage, not missing the moment when the center of the rear of the car reaches the center line of the garage (coincides with the line of the end middle pole).

Using the central pole as a guide, we align the wheels of the car while driving so that inside the garage, movement is carried out only in a straight line coinciding with the center line of the garage.

We control the passage of the “garage door” in front of the car, not allowing it to enter the garage too deeply, in order to prevent hitting the rear boundary line and its poles, which in practice means a collision with the rear wall of the garage.

Having stopped the car, we fix it with the parking brake. The exercise is over.

Entering a garage is one of the most challenging driving exercises. Since the race on the left and on the right, having the same execution scheme, differ significantly subjectively. You should also keep in mind that steering already inside the garage if you make a mistake can only aggravate the situation.

Therefore, during driving lessons at a race track, you need to ensure that this element is confidently completed, so that an annoying failure does not occur during the exam at the traffic police site, and, of course, so that in real conditions you can drive into a box, garage, or into the free space between other parked cars without any problems.

Snake

According to the majority of students at the Mercury driving school, this is the simplest exercise. It starts from the start line, after fixing the car with the parking brake.

After starting to move, the car makes a “slalom” between the poles and stops in front of the start line without driving into it. After stopping, the car is put back on the parking brake.

This exercise is not for speed (just like all the others). Therefore, the main thing is not to rush, carefully work with the steering wheel, clutch and gas pedals, not allowing the car to stall or, conversely, to gain unnecessary speed.

As a rule, practicing the correct execution of this exercise requires significantly less time and effort than other exercises on the circuit.

If an applicant for a driver's license successfully passes the driving test at the traffic police site, then he is allowed to the second - final - stage of testing his driving skills and abilities - driving directly around the city in conditions of real street traffic, the so-called “city”.

Passing a practical exam at the site (autodrome)

Now it takes about ten minutes to complete.

  • There is no chance of making a mistake and re-executing the element.
  • The points system has been abolished. Now the regulations clearly describe cases when the examinee did not pass the test (for example, if he stalled three times, he did not pass).
  • Instead of flags, the race track uses cones. They are significantly lower. They are more difficult to detect. Therefore, if you were taught using flags, then before taking the exam it makes sense to practice on an area with cones.
  • The new regulations have stricter distances.

    For example, according to the new rules, you should stop at a distance of one meter from the stop line on an overpass. If you exceed this distance even by five centimeters, the exercise does not count.

There are few changes. But they are significant.

Parallel parking at the motorway

Exam element No. 3: “Entering the box” The examinee must reverse into a box located perpendicular to the direction of travel, while engaging reverse gear once. After stopping, the car must be positioned so that its outer contours are inside the designated box. Execution technique Before you start reversing, you need to place your left hand on the upper half of the steering wheel and hold it somewhat tighter than in the case of steering with two hands.

After this, begin performing exam element No. 3: press the clutch pedal to the floor and engage reverse gear; Place your right hand on the back of the adjacent seat (Fig.

Exercises on the circuit: how to pass your driving test?

Only candidates who have successfully passed the theory are allowed to the site (autodrome). The site is accepted immediately after completion of the theoretical part of the exam. Test takers are told what time they need to arrive at the race track. There is no point in delaying.

It is better to arrive early, especially if the exam is taken at a “foreign” site, and not at the race track of your driving school. This way you can assess the conditions of the site and, perhaps, drive through the new territory with an instructor before the traffic police inspector appears. While studying at a driving school, you practiced five exercises: a U-turn, an overpass, a snake, entering a box (garage) in reverse and parallel parking.

During the exam, you will need to complete three exercises out of five at the examiner’s choice (including the obligatory flyover). For each mistake a certain number of penalty points is awarded. Points are counted separately for each exercise.

Exercises on the racing track, problem setting

Attention

The following innovation will primarily be of interest to employees of driving schools: Scheme “A” of exercise element No. 1 - “High-speed maneuvering”. Scheme “B” of exercise element No. 1 - “High-speed maneuvering”. We are talking about the “Speed maneuvering” exercise. The updated regulations provide for 2 options for organizing the site for this exercise.

In this case, you can choose a scheme that better fits into the configuration of the circuit. Please note that new symbols have appeared on the diagrams of this exercise - a marking cone and an installation zone. A, M - exercise stopping to disembark a passenger The scheme of the stopping exercise has changed slightly.

It now uses 3 cone or post installation zones instead of clearly marked cone installation locations.

How to properly perform exercises on the race track

After you have started off on an uphill slope, you should stop the car on the downhill at the “STOP” line (position III) (Fig. 1). 1.2. Exam element No. 2: “U-turn” The examinee must drive into an area of limited size and turn 180° while engaging reverse gear once. When turning, the vehicle must not go beyond the limits.

Execution technique Before you start turning, think over the scheme of this maneuver (Fig. 2). When preparing for and passing the exam, perform a turn in the following sequence: starting from the “START” line, bring the car as close as possible to the right edge of the corridor in which you are to turn (position I in Fig. 2); Moving slowly forward, at the same time vigorously turn the steering wheel to the left so that the car is almost at right angles to its original position (position II in Fig.

Autodrom. order of execution of mandatory elements

Two parts out of three are selected for delivery.

  • Reversing.
  • Entry into boxing.
  • "Parking" (entry and exit). Stop for boarding/disembarking passengers.
  • Driving through a controlled intersection (when taking the exam on an automated race track).
  • What should you pay attention to if you studied according to the old rules? The new regulations have their own grading system, number of attempts and time to complete the exam. Thus, according to the old rules, the exam is considered failed if there are five or more penalty points.
    Also, to complete three elements, you are given four attempts and the right to make a mistake in one of them (that is, roughly speaking, not to pass one exercise). Now, according to the new regulations, the traffic police exam has received the following changes:
  • All elements are performed in one trip, and not separately, as before.
  • There is a time limit.

Parallel parking in reverse

Exercise: Parallel parking of a vehicle and leaving a parking space Driver candidate:

  • places the vehicle in the parking space, moving in reverse so that the projection of the left side of the vehicle crosses the control line;
  • engages neutral gear and fixes the vehicle in a stationary state, after which it leaves the parking space.

Passing the exam at the race track involves first passing the theory. Only after successfully passing the theoretical part, the examinee is allowed to pass the standards at the race track, after which he proceeds to the final part of the exam - going to the city with a traffic police inspector.

The driving test itself at the motorway begins with arrival at the traffic police station. After announcing the name, the cadet gets into the car and begins to pass the standards. The examiner may sit in a separate car or next to the examinee (most often in a separate car). While passing the standards, he looks at the implementation and records errors, if any.

If the examinee scores 5 penalty points, a signal is given indicating the completion of the test. Usually the signal is given from the car where the traffic police officer taking the exam is sitting. If all the exercises are completed correctly, you complete the circuit test and park in the designated space.

If, due to mistakes made, you are not credited for passing the autodrome, then check with the driving school about the retake date, pay the amount for renting the autodrome and the car set by the driving school, and try your hand again.

What exercises are required to pass the circuit?

At the race track, the cadet must demonstrate successful completion of all exercises, avoiding penalty points.

Check-in to the garage

Passing this standard involves entering a certain limited space that simulates a parking space or garage. Successful execution is counted if the car is standing inside a limited space and no part of it protrudes beyond its limits.

Parallel parking, or “mother-in-law’s pocket”

It is necessary to drive in reverse into a certain space marked with chips or flags. It simulates parking between two cars. Ideal execution implies the location of the car within the boundaries of the marked space. At the same time, no part of it should protrude beyond the designated boundaries.

Snake

The exercise teaches you to feel the dimensions of the car. It is necessary to drive around all the signs (cones, flags) without dropping any, and not to go beyond the structure. You seem to be moving along a corridor, quickly turning the steering wheel from the extreme left to the extreme right.

Turning around in confined spaces

To pass this figure, you need to perform a 180 degree turn in the marked space. This is a kind of imitation of a U-turn in a yard full of cars. A useful skill that will undoubtedly come in handy in the future.

Overpass

The exercise simulates the start of a car moving at an angle. This is a very useful skill when driving in the city. A car drives uphill onto an overpass and stops at an angle. Then you need to put the car on the handbrake. Then you need to move off without rolling back and completely drive over the overpass, sliding down from it.

How to prepare for the test at the race track

Preparation should begin at home. Dress comfortably. Try to choose the shoes you wore to classes at the race track when you were trained at a driving school. Nothing should drag or hinder movement.

Get your thoughts in order. Everyone is worried. Rate your level of anxiety. Understand that passing the traffic police exam is just one of the stages of your life. This is not something out of the ordinary. As they say, you are not the first, you are not the last.

If necessary, take a mild sedative with you to the exam. The main thing is that it does not cause a hypnotic effect.

Arrive for the exam ahead of the scheduled time. As a rule, instructors arrive at the race track in advance. This way, you can run the program in a new place before the exam. Even if you don’t have the opportunity to take a test drive, before the test, walk around the race track, evaluate where there are bumps and protrusions, how the flags are located, how far they are from each other.

Also pay attention to the elevation angle of the overpass. It may be flatter than the one you were used to when you were learning, or, conversely, have a steeper angle. Also take weather conditions into account. If you rent in winter, then there is a possibility of ice in certain places. If it rained at night, then the asphalt is wet, and this should also be taken into account when taking the exercise on an overpass.

Try to go first if possible. Practice shows that at the beginning of the list the percentage of those who pass successfully is much higher. And you don’t need the extra anxiety that will accumulate while the others are passing.

Basic mistakes

Most of the mistakes made by cadets in the exam are due to the lack of sufficient hours spent in the training vehicle. In other words, cadets sometimes come with a low level of preparation, not realizing that their level of practice is not enough for either passing or driving in the city. It is important to understand that by practicing and doing exercises on the racetrack, you not only develop your eye, learn to feel the sound of the car and its dimensions, but also fill yourself with confidence by spending more time behind the wheel.

Natalya Vavilina, head of the educational department of Sverdlovsk Driving School LLC:

“The cadets are given exercises in different ways, as before. If 10 years ago the exercise on an overpass was difficult, now the cadets answer that it is difficult for someone to drive into a garage because they do not understand which way to turn the steering wheel. Some people find it difficult to make 90-degree turns because they don’t feel the size of the car. Among the easy ones are parallel parking, snake and stop line. But over time, everything returns to normal, and with each lesson it becomes easier. Among the difficulties in the exam in the city, cars and pedestrians are in the way.”

Nikita Orlov, auto expert:

« Having decided to learn to drive, you must remember that in addition to the theory of driving a car itself, skills such as an eye, the ability to calculate the situation, and sometimes intuition will play a big role in successful learning. Many, having completed training at a driving school, already received a driver’s license and having found themselves in some unpleasant situation on the road, give up driving, thinking that “it’s not for me.” At the same time, only through hard work and daily practice can you master the basics of driving a vehicle. If driving out on the road is still scary, it’s better to hire a driving instructor who will show you the features of driving your particular car and provide serious psychological support.”

Only experience and practice will help you pass the racetrack the first time. Be confident.

After studying at a driving school, start practicing your skills on the road as early as possible. We recommend taking an inexpensive used car as your first car. At first, not everything will be smooth for you, but with a used car you won’t worry about the integrity of the car.
